Imibase Baseplates
It is helpfull on making prosthesis.
It ensures a great cover with wax and acrylic tooth in to making prothesis good mathc each other. After having done neccessery examination and correction in patient’s mouth, base playe and wax leave its position to the acrylic. It is in standardized thickness. Special colorfull plates have special shapes looking like general mouth shapes. These plates can be shaped in any form by implamentation of fire and making them softer.
- It has a smooth surface. It doesnt have cracks on it.
- It can be moulded on gypsum model easily.
- There is no Porosity.
- It doesn’t twist in mouth temperature.
- It is formuled so as to decrease it’s combustion risk while implamentation.
- It erodes the cutting devices less.
- It can be softed in flames.
- It protects it’s shape after getting colder in the way of making basic for prothesis.

- Adaption Temperature 70 °C Softing Temperature 100-110 °C
- It doesn’t include any material damaging human health.
